STAND AND DELIVER

Inget fastnar på papper längre...ej heller här på bloggen. Jag har definitivt en skrivtorka...trist! Ingen energi eller inspirationskälla...det har varit för segt den senaste månaden. Jag saknar rutin och den ska jag försöka återställa imorgon när jag stiger upp. 



Jag satt och gick igenom gamla LP-skivor och singlar i helgen och hittade en av mina favoriter "Mr. Mister"´s  platta "Go on..." med låten "Stand and deliver" - lika aktuell nu som då:


Some people hate and expect affection, some people lie and demand the truth.
I gotta ask myself if it´s soul deception, is this a natural thing we all just do.


We take such pleasure from pain, I´m just tired of playing that game,
some things you´ve  got to change.

Sometimes my mind drives me to distraction,
I want to shut all the windows and lock the doors.
Everytime I get a little bit of satisfaction,
I feel the walls come crumbling to the floor.


But I know in this life
